Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want billing terms to be visible before purchase. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy that applicable law requires.
Subscription cancellation
You may request cancellation of future recurring billing by emailing assistq1@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. Include your business name and plan so we can identify the subscription. We will process valid requests without intentionally adding unnecessary steps.
Setup fees
Setup fees pay for onboarding/configuration work. Once material setup work has begun, setup fees are generally not refundable for a simple change of mind. If we cannot provide the purchased setup/service as agreed, or the service is materially deficient or misdescribed, we will assess the appropriate remedy, including refund where required by applicable law.
Recurring subscription fees
After a recurring billing period has begun, amounts already paid are generally not prorated for unused time solely because of a change of mind. Cancellation prevents later renewals after it takes effect. This does not affect statutory rights relating to deficient, misdescribed or otherwise legally refundable services.
Starter trial
If a Starter checkout displays a 15-day trial, the recurring Starter plan charge is deferred for that trial period. Setup and any separately selected landing-page charge are one-time implementation charges and are not themselves described as a free trial. Cancel before the recurring trial converts if you do not want the Starter subscription to renew.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us promptly with the transaction ID. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are ordinarily returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing and applicable banking timelines.
