Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AssistQ, operated by SonQAI Technologies, handles personal data on assistq.in and during onboarding, payment and support. We aim to collect only what is necessary for a stated purpose.

1. Who we are

AssistQ is operated by SonQAI Technologies in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Privacy and grievance contact: assistq1@gmail.com.

2. Data we may collect

  • Contact and business information you provide, such as name, business name, email address and phone number.
  • Plan and onboarding selections needed to provide the service.
  • Payment status and transaction identifiers returned by our payment provider. We do not intentionally collect or store full payment-card details on this website.
  • Messages and support correspondence you choose to send us.
  • Basic technical/security logs that may be generated by our hosting infrastructure to keep the service reliable and secure.

3. Why we use it

We use personal data to respond to your request, create and administer your AssistQ service, process or verify payments, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet applicable legal/accounting obligations. We do not ask for unrelated information merely to let you purchase or contact us.

4. Consent and choice

Where processing relies on your consent, the request should be clear and tied to a specific purpose. You may withdraw consent for optional processing by contacting us. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully carried out and may not stop processing that is required to fulfil an existing transaction or legal duty.

5. Service providers

We may use service providers needed to run AssistQ, including hosting/infrastructure providers and Razorpay for payment processing. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not load advertising pixels on this public site by default.

6. Analytics and cookies

The public website is configured without optional advertising or behavioural analytics by default. Necessary browser storage or cookies may still be used by infrastructure or a payment provider when you initiate checkout. See our Cookie Policy.

7. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet tax, accounting or other legal requirements. We will review retention as the product and applicable rules evolve.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary contact channels.

9. Your requests

You may contact us to ask about your personal data, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.

10. Children

AssistQ is a business service and is not intentionally directed to children. Do not submit a child's personal data unless you have lawful authority and a genuine business need to do so.

11. International processing

Some infrastructure providers may process data outside your state or country. Where applicable, we will use providers and transfer arrangements consistent with applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
